Can I get a refund if I cancel or change my order?
For physical products, you may receive a full refund before the item has shipped. Downloads are not returnable or refundable.

How can I return a product?
Need to return a product you purchased from Simply the Gospel? Please call 470-294-6229 or email us first. If the product is still in the original packaging and resalable, please ship the product and receipt back to us within 60 days of purchase to:

We will send your refund in the same way you paid.
If the product you bought is defective, we will reimburse you for the cost of return shipping. Otherwise, return shipping is at your expense.
What if my order is damaged when I receive it?
If your package is damaged in transit, please contact USPS or the shipping carrier. You’ll need to give them the tracking number. If the product has a manufacturing defect, please see “How can I return a product?”
What if I never receive my order?
We recommend you use USPS Tracking, to follow the delivery progress from the time your order ships. If the tracker stops showing updates or shows the package was delivered but you didn’t get it, follow up with your local post office or the national customer service number. Likewise, if your package is coming via expedited shipping, please contact the company.
